March 3rd-11th: (Completed): Submit a theme idea. Consult your youth!  Only 1 theme suggestion per section.

March 13th-22nd: (Completed): Voting on submitted themes.  One vote per section.

March 22nd - 31st (Ongoing): Crest design submission.  Designs should incorporate the theme: Space & Aliens
