2024 Activity Card Templates

Create the Activity Card for the activity your section is contributing by opening the GSlides template that corresponds to your section.  If you lack the permissions to edit the template, contact our IT team.  Your section representative on the Event Team should have the required permissions.

After creating your Activity Card, notify your Activity Coordinator by email that you have done so, so that they may review it.  If you need to include additional details and instructions that can't fit on a single page, please include it when you notify the Activity Coordinator. 

Your Activity Coordinators will laminate copies of your Activity Card (1 for each Lodge/Lair/Patrol supported by your station).  The max # of Lodges/Lairs at each station will be determined after registration closes.  For Troop, let your Activity Coordinator know how many Patrols your station supports at once.
