Section Submission Form

This is where your section's activity idea and campfire selections will be submitted.  Please select the submission form corresponding to your section. 

The form requests information on four topics:

1) Campfire selections - a song, a skit, a cheer.  Your section will likely not be called upon by your Campfire M.C. for all 3.  

2) Activity Idea - (excluding Venturer Companies) Name, Description, Provider contact info (name, phone, email), Hazards identified, Mitigations, is it wet or dry?, and any Carleton equipment requested.  In addition, Beaver & Cub stations are also asked "Is it Staffed?" and some Activity quality checkboxes (uses lairs/lodges, avoids relays, etc). Troop stations are asked "How many patrols can it support at once?".

3) Skill Demonstration (optional) - whether any Scouter(s) and/or youth in your section wish to demonstrate a skill during Saturday's free time (e.g. rope making, carving/whittling, knot tying, camp cooking techniques, first aid, paddle-making... the possibilities are endless 

4) Top Section Awards (optional) - how many youth in your section are expected to complete their Top Section Award this Scouting year?
